Northern Kentucky University is seeking proposals for Recruitment Services for the College of Health & Human Services – Associate Director for Graduate Nursing – School of Nursing. Please see the job description below.
The Associate Director for Graduate Nursing is an integral position in a dynamic School of Nursing. The School of Nursing provides educational training for over 3,000 students, both in online and face-to-face delivery systems. This position requires a high level of leadership and business acumen. Candidates for this position may be unique in that their combination of experience, leadership, and business skills require a very broad scope of search/recruitment.
The search/recruitment for highly qualified candidates thus requires a search firm with broad, diverse networks enabling the search to yield candidates with these unique experiences and skill.
The search/recruitment firm must be able to work within the scope of higher education culture, policies, and regulations and work collaboratively with the School of Nursing search committee, the nursing school director and, the college dean. Further, the firm must operate in a manner that allows for an appropriate time frame for search/recruitment and hire.
