Description
Northern Kentucky University is seeking a Contractor to provide all materials, labor, tools, supervision, and equipment required to complete the HVAC renovations of the Norse Hall Dormitories and Norse Commons Boiler Room on the Campus of Northern Kentucky University. In Norse Hall all existing 4-pipe fan coil units are being replaced with new 4-pipe fan coil units and controls. Showers are being renovated. In Norse Commons two existing gas fired steam/hot water boilers are being demolished and replaced with two new condensing boilers. These items represent the largest portions of the projects scope of work, however this is not an exhaustive list of the projects scope.
