Northern Kentucky University is seeking proposals for Intercultural Development/Cultural Competency Training and coaching of leaders in the College of Health and Human Services. We are seeking training that will entail cultural competency and sensitivity within the context of today’s social, racial, political, and health pandemic backdrop. It is our intent to facilitate knowledge, skills, behaviors, and attitudes reflective of the multicultural environment of the university, the region, and particularly in healthcare environments. It is our intent to provide college leadership a tool for assessment and continuing development of cultural competency. It is also our intent to continue to create an inclusive environment for students, staff and faculty conducive to student success. Training and consultation will be provided to approximately 45 leaders in the College of Health and Human Services.
