Proposals shall be enclosed in sealed envelope(s) and must clearly show the closing date and time specified, the Solicitation number, and the name and address of the Offeror on the face of the envelope(s). Please indicate which envelope contains the original Proposal.
Description
Eastern, Northern, and Western Kentucky Universities are seeking proposals from financially sound, qualified, Pensionary Consultants (“Offeror”). Offeror must be familiar with the State of Kentucky’s pension system and the 2019 Special Session of the Kentucky General Assembly enacted House Bill 1(Act).
It is the intent of the Universities to award one (1) vendor however, if in the best interest of the Universities, the Universities reserves the right to award in part or in whole, and to award multiple contracts.
