Description
Furnish all engineering, materials, labor, tools and equipment, transportation, supervision, testing and inspections to modernize elevators #1-2 per Exhibit A. In addition, perform full coverage preventive maintenance as specified within at the commencement of this Contract and continuing for 12 months after the last elevator is accepted. Furnish a pre-modernization traffic analysis and a post-modernization traffic analysis on the two (2) elevators. The traffic analysis shall be for a two-week period before and after modernization.
